Mindful Wisdom 06

Welcome to the sixth mindful words of wisdom (wow) series. Every experience offers us an opportunity to choose and respond with either love or fear. Hatred, envy, anger are all attributed to the opposite of all-embracing love; when pains and suffering are inevitable, “bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them.” Just like each crack creates more space to allow its to be healed, like the light at the end of the tunnel… Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.” That’s where true peace comes in. Remember – “You are a light. You are the light. Never let anyone — any person or any force — dampen, dim or diminish your light. … Release the need to hate, to harbor division, and the enticement of revenge. Release all bitterness. Hold only love, only peace in your heart, knowing that the battle of good to overcome evil is already won.”

In my heart, I feel deep gratefulness. All my heart is filled with sincere prayer. Blessings for all living beings to live out genuine love in action.
